Verisk Accelerator for ISO ClaimSearch® for InsuranceNow

Historically, customers who wished to view and access Verisk’s claim loss history reports were required to log into the ISO ClaimSearch® website and search for a claim. Once they access the report, the user would then view the ClaimSearch indicator and take appropriate action. This manual process often has been inefficient and not conducive to customer workflow.

With this accelerator, customers can now access matching claim data through a report in InsuranceNow that is received from the ISO. The received report invokes a task for the adjuster who is expected to validate the report and act on the claim. ISO also updates the claim during its lifecycle as insurers contribute new information to the ISO ClaimSearch database and new reports keep coming to InsuranceNow.
