The plugin will allow the rendering of a small Genesys Cloud widget within the Guidewire UI, bringing call, email, web messaging, chat functionality and more into the environment. The plugin will also include a data integration (screen-pop) that will send a customer identifier to Guidewire to search and retrieve a customer’s account/quote/policy/claim information and display the same within the Guidewire UI.
