Enterprise Holdings, a recognized leader in the automotive and insurance replacement industries, is continuing to invest in technology, including a series of enhancements to its Entegral™ platform.
Entegral is an integrated software solution that enhances automation and communication throughout the automotive claims and repair process. Insurance companies use Entegral’s Network Management application to manage direct repair programs (DRPs) for collision centers through a joint collection of data between themselves and the body shops. This includes the integrated collection and validation of attributes from third-party sources such as OEM certifications.
Entegral’s Smart Locator for Guidewire allows insurers to operationalize a collision repair network into the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) process, assisting claims representatives in locating a collision center best suited to handle the specific repair request. Smart Locator gives insurers the ability to define their own custom rules regarding shop selection based upon any attributes collected, such as Year/Make/Model or shop services. Smart Locator for Guidewire also allows for shop selection post-FNOL.
The Smart Locator for Guidewire accelerator connects your claims representatives to Entegral’s selection UI, replete with configurable filters and customized search results.
Once a selection is made, Smart Locator will transmit the shop location’s details back to ClaimCenter for assignment as a vendor for the repair ServiceRequest. This feature also works in tandem with Entegral’s ContactManager Synchronization accelerator.
